Our products are monitored by Quality Controls Department provited by states-of-the-art equiment by which we minutely and according to the standards of U.S.P or the B.P carry out controls of the raw materials, products in process of manufacture and finished products. Also all the packaging material (cases, labels, prospectus, vials, stoppers, etc.) are control according to around all high standards. The microbiology sector enables us to carry out sterility controls for the injectables and products of medical technology, hygienic control for non- sterile products (tablets, capsules, creams, etc.) and bacterian endotoxines.
To guarantee the strict fulfillment of everything concerning the quality of our products we have formed two departments:
Quality assurance whose specific function is:
- Execution of validity plans of analytic and production processes.
- Internal control.
- Control of certification of suppliers.
- Training courses. Control and issue of documents
Quality control: whose specific function is to audit all the departments of production and control.
